Welcome to my shop.  Here at Dio Designs, I make every effort to assure you will receive a one-of-a-kind piece that is not only affordable, but also fun to wear. 

I tend not to repeat myself with my work (this makes it more interesting for me!), which means the piece you are buying will be the only one of its kind. 

In my work, I employ polymer clay cane work or millefiori, in a vast array of combinations.  As I have a background in both ceramics and painting, I find working with polymer clay to be much more like working with semi-hardened acrylic paint rather than colored clay.  The result is every little piece I make is like a small painting you get to wear!

Payments

I accept payments through PayPal for all online purchases.  All purchases within New York State will be subject to an 8% added New York Sales Tax.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days.  Within the United States, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service from New York State. 

Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and Canada Post from New York State.  All Canadian shipments are sent Parcel Post.  Most Canadian shipments will arrive within 3 weeks of purchase, however this cannot be guaranteed due to Customs.

At this time, I do not ship outside of The United States and Canada. 

Refunds and Exchanges

I am sure you will love your Dio Designs purchase.  However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it anytime up to 90 days from your original purchase for a full refund.

I take the greatest care in packaging and shipping your purchase.  If for some reason your purchase arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and we can work on getting you a replacement.   My pieces are one of a kind and exact replication may not be possible. However, I will make every effort to replace your item with a near match.
